I have had a box here for about 4 years. They are a constant screw-up but we needed a box because we do not get mail delivery where we live. I have tolerated lost mail and packages, destroyed boxes of items mailed to me, total incompetence by college kids that couldn't care less about doing anything. This past Saturday I called at about 2:00 (they close at 4:00 on Saturday) looking for a shipment of meds for my disabled vet Husband. He had been without his meds for 3 days due to a mix-up at the VA. I asked if the USPS had run, the boy said "yes". I asked if it had been sorted, he said "yes". I asked him to look and see if a package had come for my box number. He said" no". About 3:30 my husband got a call that a package had come for us. We live a bit of a distance from the UPS location and we weren't sure he could get there in time. I was furious that the boy had lied to me so I left a rather nasty voice mail, I admit that. However, he should not have lied to me. This afternoon I received a really nasty phone call from the manager, a Drew Bizzell who, apparently, believed the lie told by the boy and the other boys that were there that the incident didn't happen. He actually took their sides and believed a bold faced lie!! He even told me that when my box rent runs out, he will not renew it!! Can you believe that? Rather than telling the boy that lying to a customer is the wrong thing to do and apologizing for it, he refuses to renew my box!! This is NOT the kind of place you want to do business with. They do not believe in "customer service". There are plenty of other places to get private mailboxes. They also have a UPS store on Longmeier and I am sure it is just as bad. Find another place to get a box if you want your mail handled correctly and somewhere that believes in customer service.
