I've been going to Avalanche since it's opening but I have followed Sal for the last 12 years. The only place I trust with my hair. Great staff, always welcoming, and ALWAYS accommodating.

I have been an avalanche customer for quite awhile and have always been happy with my hair, stylist (sal) all the assistants that work there. They are always courteous and genuinely care about how your experience has been. I feel like they are part of my family. If one of my family members needs something last minute they always find a way to fit us in! I trust Sal as a professional to make decisions about my hair and style. He always gets it right!! I get compliments on my hair everywhere I go. It's not just a salon but an experience!

I've been coming here for a pretty long time and have had nothing but good service and great experiences! The staff is very polite and professional, I always feel welcome! I love every hair cut I've had. Wish I could give 6 out of 5 stars!

I hate this place not to be harsh but nobody smiles nobody's warm and welcoming except for the 2 or 3 girls that are like the helpers and one with blond hair she's very nice and the one girl brown ish hair is always there and always has a smile on her face but the stylist are straight up rude and when arnt working make fun of clients and the one male bald head stylist seems creepy and makes me uncomfortable . I hate going there anymore and everytime I go my hair is always messed up and they never do anything about it, they need new stylist and people to smile and talk only people that help around there are nice and I fell so bad for anyone that goes there anymore I rather go get my hair done at great clips then go back there hounstly things need to change , also I had a bad hair cut and there was one girl tall brownish purpley hair she is very comforting and asked if I needed anything while my styles walked away and she was absolutely amazing and every time I see her I thank her so much because she was the only person that got me through my appointment and she's always working and kept me calm thank you to that girl
