I was having an issue where my bumper decided to partially unclip from the back of the car and front on the passenger side. He was able to see me immediately and take care of my issue within 15 minutes. He then surprised me further by telling me it was such a simple fix that he was not going to charge anything. I am so appreciative to them and will be back for sure. As a woman to have a car shop take care of you like they did is worth its weight in gold.

I used Classic Coachworks West to replace the rear driver side door on my Volvo and I absolutely cannot tell that it is not the original factory door. The paint match and fade on adjacent panels is perfect.

They were professional, contacted enterprise for rental-car, dealt with the insurance company and adjuster and were very up front about the whole process. They even sent back the used door the insurance company authorized for a new door, (adding about 4 days to the repair but bringing "my baby" back to mint condition).

Had to bring my car back for them to fix problems that they created (chipping paint. Bubbling paint uneven) do not bring your vehicle here unless u want a huge headache. They overcharge and then refuse to fix problems that is supposed to be under "warranty"
