CrossFit Abbellire was started in September 2014, by good friends Brian Offner and Frank Steck. What started off as a passion for CrossFit and coaching others, finally became the beginnings of a new box in the Collegeville/Trappe area. Starting classes out of Waterworks Park, a local public park, Brian and Frank began CrossFit Abbellire. It wasn't much to start out with in terms of equipment, however this allowed both coaches and athletes to appreciate what little we had and the roots of Crossfit. WOD's were as creative as you can possibly make them, as well as demanding and tough. A group of members formed that still makes up the core community to this day. Finally after weeks of searching, a location was found in Trappe. It was a small 1,800 square foot facility, but a perfect place to grow into and begin to build it all up. Crossfit Abbellire continues to grow and add equipment to accommodate for more members.
