My experience with Iron Mountain was terrible. We had our boxes of documents already moved to the staging area and had to move them back again because of an Iron Mountain problem. Don't you just love it when their problem becomes your problem? Customer service was a joke, I was on hold for almost 30 minutes with no resolution to the problem. They cost me money since I paid twice to move the document boxes.



If you need Doc Destruction don't call Iron Mountain unless you want to spend more and get aggravated in the process. Oh yeah, someone is supposed to call me tomorrow, this ought to be rich.
