I have a 2011 MAC which the hard drive died with no hope of any file and/or software recovery. My MAC had a Leopard OS and a Parallels virtual for Windows XP and Microsoft Office Suite. Due to the age of the PC softwares which are no longer supported by the vendors, compatibility with the upgrades of the new Parallels virtual and of Yosemite OS posed a great challenge. With great diligence, tedious effort, and thinking outside-the-box from all personnel, PC Innovations was finally able to meet all my needed request in setting up a working virtual to run Microsoft Office Suite using Windows XP operating system on my MAC.

I had a problem with my computer,total black screen,customer service was wonderful, love Rachael,Mark and Phil they were all very helpful, would definitely recommend

I was in a bad spot when my laptop unexpectedly broke down. I thought I would have to bite the bullet and would be facing a huge bill. The fine folks at PC Innovations really came through and helped me out. They diagnosed the problem right away with my existing laptop, gave me a few options for the next step and outfitted me with a great lighting fast unit at a great cost. They transferred all my files over and its like I never lost the old one. They are local and provide very professional and speedy service! A+

I had a problem with my computer for awhile and found out that my hard drive was going bad. I had PC check it out and they replaced it. There were a few cobwebs to straighten out but they were taken care of. Just have patience and stay calm because they know what they are doing. They will work with you! I have been going to pc innovations since they opened and have gone nowhere else since. They fixed my mac and my pc with good turn over and great pricing. And they left it cleaner then when I dropped it off.

I called saying my computer was a mess, wouldnt even turn on.. I needed it for my finals.. so I was kind of in a crunch. They told me they would take care of me, and they did. Very fast response time, and they even helped me out with some new antivirus software. All in all, they are going to be working on my computer from now on. thank you guys! your the best
