I first went to Dr Jessica/ Total Body Wellness Center, on the recommendation of a friend, for badly needed adjustments. My neck, back shoulders, were in pain, I was tired, fatigued, miserable.

My first impression of the office, was clean, friendly receptionist..

Dr Jessica was professional, informed me of her services.

The one that I was most especially interested in was the Blood test for food sensitivities.

It was $200 / that made me stop and ponder if it was worth it.?

After talking w/ my friend and hearing the results of her test. I went ahead and had the blood work done..

I am so thrilled that I did..!!

The results took about 2 weeks to come back. It was a long list and the "bad" sensitivities were highlighted in RED.

The Major ones were WHEAT< GLUTEN< YEAST / all the products I was eating and wondering WHy I was gaining weight, why I was bloated and Why I couldn't leave a restaurant without running to the restroom!!

All Carbs, pastas, breads, cake, candy, cookies, anything white, wheat , breaded, baked, fried...all allergic too.

Since I Stopped eating all these..The Bloating is GONE !!

I am loosing pounds !

Fortunately I enjoy salads, veggies, etc. but I am not food deprived!

I can still have a burger, not the bun. / I can still eat / fish or chicken/ grilled / not fried or baked/ I no longer run to the restrooms in panic .!!!! If i "cheat", eat a piece of cake, bread. I Immediately feel it in my gut, intestines.. So that's a biggie / how bad to I need "bad",,when I feel soo Good without it...

This was the Best thing that I could have done for my health..

I now wake up everyday.. feeling Energy / Alert / and pounds lighter !!
