Affordable Party Rentals in Collierville , TN has the best affordable rates for any event. There customer service and delivery staff is extremely professional. I have used them on more than one occasion. My husband 40th Birthday party in December 2013 was a success thanks to the prompt delivery and pick up service. I will definitely use this company for all my events. Thank you!!

Affordable Party Rentals is absolutely fantastic! When I first saw the reviews on this company, I was a little skeptical. Come to find out, they are under new ownership! I can't say enough good things about this company. The girls in the office are so helpful and make sure everything goes smoothly. I changed and added things last minute and it was super easy to do! I defiantly recommend using this company!

I would like to modify my review from below--while my first experience with Affordable rentals was not completely satisfying, their follow up customer service has convinced me to try them again. The company proactively found me, has made three calls, explained that they were the new puchasers of the business, acknowledged the issues and are taking corrective action.. In addition, I received a refund check for the chairs. I completely trust that they will not have the sort of issues that concerned me again. I was truly impressed by the follow up and would recommend that those in Collierville support this local business..









I will steer away from Affordable next time I need to rent anything. I rented tables and chairs for a weekend party. The chairs we suppose to be white, but they were heavily scuffed and had rust stains, particularly on the lower half. They looked so rough that I took each chair outside and spray painted them white, I was embarassed for my guests to see them. I was trying to support a local business, where I live, but will go elsewhere in the future.

I also did not complain, I was desparate for chairs and had no other alternatives but to fix the problem myself. Irony of the whole thing is that the chairs were covered in rust, but they mandated that the items be covered by a tarp while being transported.

This is in response to the Rude, Unprofessional, Low Class‎‎ by Trina/ Memphis Customer: Please be advised there are always two sides to a story. We have been in business since July 2001 and have had many successful events and satisfied customers. We do carry a strict contract, and do take down payments which are nonrefundable or transferable. When giving us the credit card info this is explained. Sometimes a customer may not remember, but it is told. When a customer is complaining and yelling, and showing off an attitude, because they are not getting their way, often a warm and friendly response is not given back. In this situation I am not sure why a complaint was written because a full refund was issued to you, and yes you were asked to not call us again because we did not want another encounter with such a confrontational person. Sometimes the order is just not worth the attitude. For every one bad thing that is written there is 10 good things that have not been shared.

I called Affordable Party Rentals for a birthday party I planned for my child. I called and reserved tables and chairs with a member of their staff on Friday and when our plans unfortunately fell through I had to call and cancel on Tuesday. The owner of the company immediately picked up the phone and stated "No, there are no refunds." Although I was never advised of their "no-refund policy," I asked if I could in turn use the equipment on an alternate day and the owner cut me off in mid-sentence and said no. I attempted to plead with the owner Malisa when she insisted that I had in fact been advised of the policy when I had never spoken to her or signed a contract. After several minutes of going back and forth with her I agreed to just pick up the supplies although I had no use for them. Malisa called my home back in a very rude, unprofessional tone shouting out my first name. She then called my home again a second time again shouting my name as though we were familiar with each other. Bottom line the owner is very rude, unprofessional, low class and needs to take a business course on proper business etiquette. It was sad to see their business appeared to be in such a dire state why she was refusing to return a $30 rental fee when there was plenty of time remaining in which the equipment could have used by a consumer that actually needed their services. To top it off she told me she was going to refund my money and for me to "never call her business again because it was not worth dealing with me and my attitude." What happen to the customer is always right? What would it have hurt their business to allow me to use the tables on an alternate day?
