I also had a horrible experience at this establishment. I placed a to go order and waited almost 30 min for my order. It was only a family of two in the dinig room and the rest of the restaurant was empty. The staff (including manager) took it upon themselves to take a break before giving my order. When, I finally received my food, it was incorrect & cold. To add gas to the fire, I had to debate with the incompetent manager about the accuracy of my order. Out of frustration, I stated, "I would never come back here again". And by surprise she replied, "ok". She never apologized for any inconvenience or tried to compensate me for anything. I wouldn't refer my dog to dine at this particular restaurant ! !

03/11/08 was my first visit and my last. serivce was the worst i have ever experienced in a restaurant, and I have been to many of them. Excuses were short staff, the kitchen has to fix orders they messed up, (at that point I should have left). Finally got food, it was cold, complained told again we are short staff, they offered us $5.00 off bill, time to pay went up front told pay your waitress, could not find her, manger came up said you need to pay waiter, rude, they need to have training on customer service, and realize the importance of CUSTOMERS, the worst advertisment is bad customer service, as everyone i know i will tell them not to eat at the Collierville location. It is a shame it takes 45 minutes to get a COLD HAMBURGER.
