I've used them since 2012, unfortunately, I've had issues twice. 1. Jacket garment was faded after allowing them to dry clean it & no compensation was given after meeting/discussing with owner. The 2nd time was the final straw. Oct'15 I allowed them to clean a White House Black Market 2-piece outfit along with two shirts. Everything was the correct color & not faded so when she placed them on the rack to put the plastic on it, I was OK; I went home & never took the garments out the plastic & hung it in my closet. May'16, I had an evening event to attend & wanted to wear my WhiteHouse BlackMarket outfit. I'd only worn 2-piece outfit twice & that was the first time it was cleaned. I removed the garments from the plastic, the skirt was ruined, there were four areas (in the front of the skirt) that was torn. I could NOT believe it! I could NOT wear it to the function. Lesson learned for me but I want others to know my experience here in hopes that it would help someone else. #:-(
