These folks have very knowledgeable and helpful people that work for them. They are not the typical service folks that don't really care. They do care and they are very professional. I had a huge job to do with a lot of special situations and they followed through with it perfectly. And I want to add that this is a company of integrity that will do the right thing even if it costs them. Wow!

I am delighted with the quality of service provided by this organization. Just replaced the liner for my pool, which is a highly complicated and difficult pool. Monty has been a true professional and always been in touch throughout the process. He has played a very positive role in reassuring me of the timing and quality of the service. Steve (the technician) has been phenomenal, both in terms of skill and customer orientation. He persisted when there were issues with the fit of the liner and never gave up. He did finish the installation properly and so far it looks delightful. Thank you for the service and thank you for having such dedicated people, which is not easy to find.

Customer Service was outstanding, had my pool resurfaced and retiled. Pool looks fantastic and now have them as my regular pool service for any repairs. Whatever they said and promised they delivered big time.

I've always had underground drainage problems causing my liner to float.(another pool co. installed my pool).Clayton had mentioned to me several times about installing an underground sump pump to eliminate the problem. It's somewhat of an expensive project so I resisted for a couple of years until last spring. It has proven to be worth every penny spent. With the recent torrential rains , I would have had a major problem to the point that it could have totally ruined my liner. The sump pump worked perfectly - no water behind the liner. I'm very happy with Clayton/ Goin Swimmin.

Have used Clayton/Goin Swimmin for weekly service for several years - never any problems or concerns that weren't handled asap. If I call Clayton he will answer or return the call right away. I recently had a safety cover installed. Clayton and his team of installers were reliable, friendly and very knowledgable/helpful. Pricing was very reasonable. I'm extremely happy with my experience with Clayton and his team. Goin Swimmin will be my go to business for all my pool needs.

Called Clayton from Goin Swimmin to put some life back into an old pool, they sandblasted, replastered, tiled, converted our system to salt and replaced our filter. They are trustworthy, honest and know what they are doing. No regrets here.

Goin Swimmin is amazing. They restored and bricked my pool in the winter at a wonderful pace but took their time in accessing what I needed done. They listened to what I had to say and took extra time if I had any questions. Recently they also tested for any leaks or areas water might have gone through when my husband and I were concerned about water levels in our pool. They fixed what I needed to get done. I love Goin Swimmin they are reliable and friendly.

goin swimmin made memphis pool and advantage pool look real bad. memphis pool and advantage pool came to my home and gave and estimate of $4000 to work on my pool, well they never came back even after i told them i was ready to write a check for the full amount. GOIN SWIMMIN showed up with real pool samples not the paper, the gentleman was nice, fun and knew what he was talking about. two days later they started on my pool. don't look any further (GOIN SWIMMIN) is five star quality.

We are so impressed with Goin' Swimmin!! The weather forcast was grim and we hadn't closed our pool. We called Goin' Swimmin and they came to our house within 2 hours and closed our pool! Clayton and Barry made what could have been a nightmare a wonderful experience. Their experience and knowledge was obvious! While they were here doing a million things, they also had to correct a repair another pool company had made! We will use Goin' Swimmin for our pool needs! We HIGHLY recommend them! They were very knowledgable, very helpful, and gave us numerous tips to help make our pool ownership easier. The prices are very reasonable. Clayton and Barry did a terrific job on our in-ground liner pool. At season opening we discovered water behind the liner replaced only two years earlier .Goin Swimmin was prompt in responding to service call, kept us abreast of the status all the way through, performed quality work, and saved us $2200 by specially repairing and patching an unusual tear in the liner preventing us from having to replace the whole liner. They also repaired an unexpected leak in the pool pump on the spot with all replacement parts. These guys know what they are doing having seen everything in their 20 years providing pool parts and service. They get in, get the job done right the first time and get out so you can get in and enjoy your pool ! Reasonable and fair rates too. I expected to find many more swimming pool maintenance/repair companies than I found, and the number of companies reviewed online were meager. So, choosing felt a bit like a shot in the dark. The one well-reviewed company I found via Google is linked to the Service Magic website. The name of the company is Goin’ Swimmin’. Its reviews are glowing. Without a close second, I called to schedule an appointment to open our swimming pool. From my very first phone call to today – many service calls later – the service has been excellent. I don’t just mean that this company does a good job. Clayton and Barry go above and beyond the call of duty. They fit us in quickly during a hectic week to open the pool, and then they creatively and aggressively tried to resolve a cracked Polaris line as efficiently and inexpensively as possible. The process involved multiple trips out here (we are not on their way anywhere!), yet they were on it every step of the way. Beyond repairing and maintaining the pool perfectly, Clayton and Barry manage to be consistently friendly and accommodating … though their cell phones ring non-stop asking them to be in four places at once, and though it is so hot and humid out there that it is easy to get cranky! These folks will give you their ALL. If every company were run this professionally, there would be no need for the Better Business Bureau!!
