Worst customer service. Manager rude and not helpful. Don't buy pandora charms there for Christmas because they adhere to the original sale date - you're sunk if your hubby shops early. Also returning after Christmas is almost impossible as inventory gets depleted and again they stick to sale date so you get what they have. No store credit.
