Jeff is a very knowledgeable and motivated realtor. He explained our contract step by step, and educated us about the other homes in our neighborhood and their past values and sale prices. He helped us sell our home within the 6-month term and helped us choose the best offer to accept among the options! He held an ungodly amount of open houses, and he was quick to report everyone’s feedback. His advice with pricing, renovations, and marketing were the perfect recipe for him to get our home sold. The new folks that moved in seem super nice and we know they’ll take care of the Home, grow, and appreciate it. Jeff also helped us look for houses and he went above and beyond with multiple showing requests, working nights and weekends. He is definitely a trooper, and he WORKS to help you. Nobody can deny it! Jeff has a sassy, witty, sharp personality; he speaks his mind openly and honestly, never shy about giving you an honest opinion. Thank you Jeff- we appreciate all of your time, effort and knowledge.
