My fiance purchased my engagement ring from here. He thought he was purchasing a white gold ring with diamonds and an emerald. Come to find out he bought a sterling silver ring with white sapphires and a "lab created" emerald. Needless to say we were both upset seeing as he paid over $1200 for that ring and a gaurd. We tried to return it and they wouldnt take it back so we asked instead if we could purchase the stones and have real stones put in the ring they refused to do that and the final straw was the salesman told me my fiance wanted a fake ring (by the way the gaurd is real 14k white gold with 12 diamonds) and then he had the gaul to tell my fiance I didn't even like my ring! But sadly we purchases a warranty through them so when I needed my gaurd sized for my wedding we again dealt with kays. They kept my ring for 10 days and when I picked it up it hadn't been sized at all. The manager tried to tell me the only streched one loop on my gaurd which is physically impossible. I called corporate and they sent me the money to have it sized somewhere else. I will never ever deal with this store again!
