We purchased the add on monkey bars to our rainbow swing set from Tiffany. My first problems was when we went to the store to purchase the monkey bars, Tiffany had no record of what we ordered to make sure it would match up. I had to suggest that there corporate office should have some record since the swing set has a life time warranty. Tiffany calls the corporate office and they did have record of our purchase. Tiffany called me several times the next day to get my credit card number for the purchase and assured me I would revive a clk the next day for i stallion before Christmas. After several phone calls to the store, no one has returned my call of when the install will take place. Our first experience with this company was fantastic but the service hd went down hill. The worst part of all of this is that it was clearly explained that Santa was bringing the lonely bars and she promised we would have it by Christmas.

I had my dining set delivered last week. It is gorgeous! They have a lot of options.
