Made a mistake of coming into this store for my wife's birthday. Engraving was wrong on bracelet. Wife on Christmas had sons heirloom ornament psssed down several years in family. Engraver left long deep scratch..ru ined. Just say no go to Wolfchase, much better quality work & far better customer service. This store in collierville was great when it first opened but has lost something in the past year or so.

Went in to the store on 4/20/2012. Walked in the store and a wonderful woman greeted me and directed me to the section for a wedding anniversary and halfway into our conversation an older sales woman rudely interjected and basically took over the sale repeating basically what the girl just said to me. I picked out what I wanted but apparently both of them were new and not trained. Neither one of them knew how to engrave my item and i was told i would have to come back tommorrow to pick up my item. POOR SERVICE, im not sure if the manager who is usually there was off or what but these two need more training and the salesperson who jumped in needs to learn respect. Great store, normally good service but ask for the manager to take care of you.
