Jerry's son Patrick, was given the opportunity to continue the Legacy in 2010. The James Agency was founded on the Principles of Honesty, Integrity, Selflessness, and Customer Service. After 36 years, it is these Foundational Principles that motivate our Associates each day to provide the best Customer Experience possible.
