Same experience as the first reviewer. The seal coating started peeling off a few weeks after application. By spring 20% was gone. I called in the spring and was told this was no big deal and was probably caused by the cold weather during application. He promised to come and fix in a few weeks. This was the last I heard from him. I called at least 12 times leaving messages and never a response after 4 months. I finally sent a certified letter to his home threatening small claimed court. They he called back right away and recoated within a week. Again the new coating is peeling. With junky product, poor business practice and sloppy work, I recommend you AVOID! (my neighbor had the same experience)

Hi: I had Real Seal Property Maintainence seal my driveway on or about 8/18/2008. I had 2 coats put on as the company had recommended. During the winter the sealer pealed off at the beginning of the driveway near the street as well as in front of the garages. I called the company in April 2009 and they told me that they would come out to the house and check on the pealing of the sealer. They never came. I then called on 6/17/09, 6/30/09. 7/9/09, 7/17/09, 8/17/09 and 9/15/09. Real Seal never returned my phone calls. I left them a message each time to call me.



I paid them $1,495 and am very dissatisfied with their work and would never recommend them to anyone.
