He is fast, friendly and full of great information that will help in your buying experience. John Martin really made this a great Experience. The whole process from flying in to leaving took about 2.5 hours. We test drove the truck I picked it out online he went over all the features. I found exactly what I wanted at a very excellent price. The local dealers didn't have the bodystyle or drivetrain I wanted in a 2014 Sierra. I did find one close but it was almost $5K more! My initial thought was that it was too good to be true and the whole thing ended with me being very happy. I would recommend to anyone. Do have some patience with them as their phones are ringing off the hook. With their business model you can see why. Unmatchable.

The overall car buying experience was nice. We drove over 45 minutes to see a car we saw on the internet. We found a salesman, Larry Guthrie, who was very helpful. We were able to take a test drive and check the vehicle out. The car was very dirty on the outside but nice on the inside. It was missing a few things, but we were told that they would take care of that. The sales manager got us in and out...didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. First time I have ever been in and out of a dealership in less than 1 hour and 1/2. When driving the Traverse home, we noticed a few more issues. I called Laura Buick on Monday and was told to set up an appointment with service to get it taken care of. I would recommend this dealership!

Awesome Experience. Steve Rogers made me a great deal on my 2015 Sierra 3500 Denali, way under MSRP. I will definately be going back to Laura Buick GMC for all my future vehicle purchases!

We went up to buy a used vehicle. Put in our credit app and never heard from them again. But have received no less than TWELVE letter from financial institutions. We went June 21, it is August 10 and I received one today saying that we never answered them on their approval for us. We were never told we were approved for anything! Really crappy of the salesman and finance people.

Started by contacting sales rep about truck filled on line app . Spoke with rep he told me to come down I told him I was on my way when I arrived he was out to lunch they called him . He told me to give from desk invoice # I called a bit later to conferm he told me he would get back with me in morning . I did not hear from him I called back in after moon spoke with sales manager he transfers me and no one answered haven't herd back very poor service.

Have bought or leased four cars through them and have never had one problem.
