I recliner chairs are terrible and don't recline or massage. They are also slow too. I had to sit in one of the chairs and it didn't recline so my back hurt really bad.

They take reservations but they do account for them. So even if you call ahead they will do everyone on first come first serve basis, so beware. One time my mother went in to get an eye brow wax and the lady dropped wax on her brand new shirt! When she hawked if it would come out when laundered she said "oh yea, it will be fine". It did not, she had to get use corm starch and luckily it came out. My sister makes sure to file down her nails before she goes because they are not patient when shaping the nails correctly. My other sister went and she got a pedicure and acrylic nails filled. The girl she had completely did not understand what my sister was saying. The problem with hiring people like that is that they rely on the fact that the customer will not critique their work but passively accept and ultimately pay over price for the service that is unsatisfactory, let alone they are a service so you are expected to tip. I digress, the girl she had rushed through her pedicure and when my sister stopped her and told her to take her time in order to do a decent job she ignored her and insisted that her cracked unmoisturized feet were looking fine enough to proceed. After that she continued with her acrylic nail fill and color. She rushed through the whole thing. First of all, usually when you need a fill the base comes up and you need it repaired so that bacteria doesn't grow, she told her this as if she had never heard of it, once again insisting that her nails were fine. So she continued to do a half-assed job. Then when it came to the color she wanted an ombré sparkle and the girl just didn't understand at all how to do it. After all we asked for management and told him we were completely unsatisfied he said we could have $5 off the $42 job, first of all its not about the money it's about the service. People you should want to treat yourself to this and walk out feeling pretty, not feeling like you could have done it better or that everything was rushed.. We insisted that they redo the job but they said come in tomorrow (Saturday) at 6pm! Idk about you but I don't want to spend my Saturday night in a nail salon where I've already been unsatisfied with the product of service. If you want to go to a salon where they don't do their job right, don't listen to you when you express it, and don't take the time to treat you right, please by all means choose this salon. Unless there is a complete revamp in management and employees non of my family will go back and I will continue to tell others to avoid this place as well.
