This is the worst bank I have ever been to. Not only to you wait forever to speak with someone, you have to sit and listen the bankers behind the counter helping drive thru customers talk about what they did last night and what's going on this weekend. I owed the bank money, don't deny it, but when I put money indo have in and they take it upon themselves to deduct it from my account...stating "I owed them so they took it" is just plan not right. Yes I may have an account with them but when I don't have much money in there to begin with, why would you take what I did have. If you are reading this to decide if you want to do your banking, I would suggest you go elsewhere.
