Honest, Reliable, and Reasonable



When my AC went out, I foolishly called a different company first. The other company quoted me a very high price without doing any real troubleshooting other than listening to the squealing noise and observing the fan blade wasn't moving. They didn't stock the motor, so he would have to order it and come back in a couple of days.



I decided to call Viviano Heating and Cooling to see if I was being taken advantage of. They were very helpful on the telephone, so I asked them to come out to check out my A/C system.



The technician from Viviano didn't have to look far to find the bulging starter capacitor. After installing a new capacitor and confirming the problem was fixed, he continued to check the system to make sure there were no other problems. The repair from Viviano cost me only one fourth of the quoted price from the other company!



Viviano Heating and Cooling will be my FIRST and only call next time!

The Technician Eric was great. He was fast, knowledgeable, and had my problem with my Carrier furnace diagnosed and fixed in less than 30minutes. He also gave me info on how to maintain my furnace. I called the Co., explained the problem, and within an Hour they had Eric @ my door. They also called me when he was en route. And they were cheaper than anyone else I called, even the Co. that the Carrier rep recommended for my area.

Last year, I wanted to take advantage of the available tax rebates AND lower my power bill so I called several companies for bids and advice. Ken was by far the most knowledgeable guy I called! I looked into geothermal along with more traditional systems and came up with what I felt was the best match for me. I recommend Viviano's to everyone I know!

I've been using Viviano Heating and Air Conditioning for nearly 20 years. They always have the answers to any questions I might have. The do great work at a reasonable price! They're always friendly and helpful. I have their Maintenance program so they call ME twice a year and remind me that it's time to clean my a/c or furnace. I'd never use anyone else.
