We stopped by the Rail Stop for lunch and got a pleasant surprise. They have a full menu and a very pleasant staff waiting to serve. We ordered a couple of sandwiches from the menu and our jaws hit the floor when we got our order. The sandwiches were very very good and so large that we had to take half of one of them home . They have specials often (i think daily) but you have to get there early because sometimes they run out!!! Lunch Tue -Sun and dinner Fri - Sun. Great place hidden in "downtown" Collinsville.
