Staff is very rude, hangs up on parents and fails to communicate vital information. "Expels" children without following their own guidelines and procedures. Takes money in advance then refuses a refund when they terminate service. Treats students of differing backgrounds differently. IE: Allows some children to hit and harass classmates, but when a student defends themselves they proceed with punishment. The bruises and scrapes brought home by my child at this center are ridiculous, and the unprofessional staff makes matters worse. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE.
