I checked estimates online for 4 new tires. Merchants was the lowest, so I called at 8:06 to verify they were open and the cost was accurate. Everything checked out, and I inquired about the number of customers ahead of me. I was told, "Right now only one." Upon arrival, I had to endure "friendly" chat before the employee even looked up my tire info.Thisa took nearly 15 minutes. There was one employee inn the bay, and one customer in the waiting room. When he finally printed my cost sheet, I went to the waiting room where I now saw not one, but three guys in the bay working, and instead of one vehicle receiving service, there were three! I sat for 20 minutes wondering when my car would be serviced because it was nowhere in the bay. Soon, a guy comes in asking my name, saying, "He just gave me your paper work." Remember, I have been sitting for 20 minutes on top of the 15-20 minute "chat" at the front counter. He sits down and reviews my order, then proceeds to add what the repair guy "recommended," such as a fuel pump...I didn't even hear anything beyond fuel pump. I vehemently rejected the suggestions before he could finish, and he backed off politely and said he's going to start working on your's now. That was 30 minutes ago, and my car is still sitting in front of the building! DO NOT COME HERE! Too much time wasted thuas far, and God only knows what the end result will look like! MAD IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!

Got a new set of tires put on my truck.......got there at 5:30PM and didn't leave till 9:30PM. All I heard was complaints about how they were short personnel while 5 guys sat in the office joking around. Went back the next day because the tire were not balanced correctly.....another 4 hours gone. Then they said the tires must be bad so they ordered me a new set......1 month later still had the same tires on the truck. I told them just to put on a slightly different size of tire they had in stock and they agreed. Got there to have the tires changed, 4 hours later manager came in walking past me in the waiting area and said, without even looking at me "we don't trade tires"........and then sat down. He tried explaining to me how I was wrong. Finanlly got out of there about 10 something. All three times I was there they were always joking around and making fun of customers instead of doing their job. Thank god we still have mom and pop shops to do it right!!!!
