Pink Transportation and it's drivers, are always prompt and professional. The vehicles are clean and provide the proper safety. I will always recommend and ride with Pink Transportation.

Pink is a very good reliable transportation service. They are great with time. Never have u waiting to long and if do they will call and let you know the driver running behind time.

This has been the absolute WORST experience with this cab service!!!!!! The driver was UNPROFESSIONAL almost got me into an accident, texting and driving got pulled over and MISSED my bus because of all this foolishness. I called the dispatcher to inform the company about the incompetentency and ironically the driver that I had my initial issue with answered and had the ordasity to say I was lying. I will advice anymore who needs a cab to NEVER use PINK TAXI CAB IN PETERSBURG VA!!!!!!!! The absolute WORST

Great cab service, they picked me up at Goodwill and transported some furniture for me. And they are close by nice and friendly.

Ms. Pink and the Pink Transportation family are wonderfull and real respect with real tight also prompt service. Always on time and if not she always calls in advance and lets me know if she would be late. I feel as though they treat me as family and im greatfull also appreciative. Just had to hang up on the owner of this cab service. According to her my daughter was 15 minutes late. However, after speaking to some of the students that were there with my daughter that was not the case. Before I could get a word in the owner/driver went into a tirade and spoke nonstop. She was defensive, loud and reminded me of those women on the Maury show, talking fast, loud, not listening and intent on having the last word.This individual actions included not opening the trunk of the cab so my daughter's large piece of luggage could go in and telling my daughter to "hurry up because she had more people to pick up". Not professional and would not recommend at all.

They are friendly and have really great service. I love ridinf pink.

I will not be calling them again. I called Pink expecting to have a woman service being that I am young, petite, and unprotected. I even called them the night before in order to give them an advanced notice that I would be needing their service. I was expecting a woman driver in a pink taxi... NOT at all. A man showed up in a car that was definitely NOT a taxi. It was probably his car. I was scared to get in the car and I was scared on the ride home. I told my parents this story and even they said I was crazy for getting in the car. I will never call them again. Plus the cost was $20 just for me to get home from school.

Very rude owner. Rates change every time from same pick up and drop off location.

Pink is always on time, whether I am going to the mall, school, or work, I can depend on pink to get me where I need to be! I just love pulling up in a PINK taxicab!!! #TEAMPINK
