I got a call from a person by the name of Barbara concerning an appointment with a doctor that I didn't know nor have ever seen. I asked her, " why come I am not with my regular doctor". She was very rude toward me and stated, " you should have gotten an letter stating that the doctor you been seeing is no longer here". I told her I never got such letter and where did my doctor went to.

Barbara stated in a very rude tone, " I don't know where your doctor is and the bottom line, do you want the appointment or not? You will be seen by Dr. Zachary".

I did not appreciate this person talking to me this way. This was rude, unprofessional, and not customer friendly.
