I reserved a car and arranged to be picked up from work. I was told to call about an hour before I wanted to be picked up, which I did. Half an hour after I was supposed to be picked up, I called to ask what type of vehicle I should be expecting, and what time I could expect to be picked up. I was told they didn't know which vehicle, and the driver would call me. After 20 minutes, I called again, and was placed on hold; After half an hour on hold, I was hung up on. An hour and a half after I was supposed to be picked up, I finally got my ride.
I was quite upset when I got to the office, and the staff there went above and beyond to make things right and make sure I was satisfied.
So in conclusion, the staff at Enterprise is great, but I will never arrange to be picked up again.

I had a great experience with my representative, excellent service. I would highly recommend this company to everyone I know.
