OK the guy that owns the business is a halfway decent guy, but his work is terrible! i called and said i wanted a complete car detail inside and out. i wanted me truck to be waxed and buffed exterior and shampooed interior. this is what i told Richard the owner i specifically said i wanted the vehicle to be buffed by hand he said OK and that it would be done in 4 hours great! 4 hours and $160 later i go to pick up the truck, its done but the interior has over spray everywhere and cleaning solvent dripping and running down the windows. further inspection revels that they missed about 20% of the vehicle. I talked to one of the guys who works there, and asked if they buffed by hand? he said no they use a waterless wash that looks shinny like it has been buffed. i will never do business with them again a total waste of time and way over priced! they would only be a good deal if they charged $20 instead of $160.
