the man was very nice and friendly yet he charged me $50 to just come out and tell me what was wronge with my big screen tv. which was fine with me at first. he told me what was wronge and he'd order the parts and come back to fix the tv. so after 2 weeks and 3 messages i finally got a hold of him and he told me he didnt have the money to buy the parts. i feel i was robbed of $50 and 2 weeks of my time.

Mr. Minute Man came out to fix my TV. It was not turning on, but had flashing yellow lights to signal a specific problem. He identified the problem and replaced the part. He informed me that he was putting in the wrong size part but that it shouldn't be a problem and that he would order the correct part and return with no extra cost. I thought, great! Seems like a nice guy. A few days later, the TV started fizzling and popping and stopped working altogether. It seems logical to assume that the problem was related to this improperly sized part. I called Mr. Minute Man and he said he hadn't ordered the new part yet, but would order it now. He came to my house again and took a big part of the the TV components and left. That was two weeks ago!!!! He had scheduled a time to come back and didnt show up or call to say he wasn't coming. I tried to call him about a dozen times, and he never answered and his mailbox was full. Finally I called from a different phone number and he happened to answer. He told me he was out of state and forgot to call and tell me, but he would be back a week later. I told him that I would be expecting a refund because of my 1. broken tv and 2. AWFUL service experience. He said I wouldnt get my money back, and he would call me next week. I am still waiting for his call and STILL have a BROKEN TV! AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!
