If I could give less than one star I would. Terrible service, the worst I've ever come across. I purchased a $100.00 Living Social deal for 4 Microdermabrasion treatments, finally got the appointments set up, drove clear back across the United States to redeem the deal and they cancelled my appointments due to the technician being ill. I was not scheduled to be in Colorado Springs lot enough weeks to be able to redeem all four treatments due to them canceling on me. I was promised that when I returned to Colorado Springs the next December that I would be able to redeem my Living Social coupon at that time.

I have called and called and called, but NEVER get a "live" person on the phone. I have left detailed messages over and over and have not had any communication back from them.

AVOID this place at all costs or you will be ripped off!!

Please be aware that they have moved locations and not everyone has been notified, especially if you have purchased a package from one of the deal websites. I experienced this recently and when I finally got through to someone from the salon, they acted as though it was MY fault I never got an e-mail from them and that my paperwork from Gazette Deal of the Day had their old address on it. Very disappointed with their lack of customer service. Unfortunately, I can't rate their spa services, but I can rate their customer service!

Impossible to get any appointments on their Online booking system.

I have a living Social coupon that I have been trying to redeem for MONTHS!

Every option that I have checked on the online system for months and days of the week that I have checked is "just no longer available".

How can this place stay in business?

If businesses need to kick start new clientele, wouldn't you think they would answer their phone or a least update their web site to be more accurate.

I have found some fabulous companies through Living Social and now give my business to them. If new clients find your business through "Living Social", be grateful. Answer your phones, book your appointments, and maybe just maybe EARN yourself some new regular clients.

I had never had a massage before and was a little nervous about having the intimate touch. Susan recommended the Hot Stone Therapy. I did some reading ahead so I kind of knew what to expect. It was awesome! She used a special oil with heated stones to do the manipulations. It was a slice of heaven. The warm stones helped me to relax and Susan said it made it easier for her to work deeper with less pressure. I had been told by friends that I would be sore afterwards but they were wrong. I think they need to see Susan. ha.ha. I am hooked. Thanks for the education Susan.
