I take my kids to the one off austin bluffs and Idk how these ladies stay so upbeat friendly and professional all day! Every time I take my kids in they are all so energized and eager to please. From the front office to the back they all get an A+ in my book! By the smiles on my kids face when they leave, I think they agree!

We've been taking our 2 little ones to this dentist and each time have had a positive experience. The staff all seem to have a talent when working with kids and the environment is filled with cartoons and friendly characters.

I used to take my children to the South office and always had very unprofessional behavior from the front desk and the people in the back. I always say people on their cell phones while sitting with other patients and also talking very unappropriately, especially in front of kids. My child does not need to know that the doctor went out and partied and got "trashed" with all of their assistants. I moved to the North office and the behavior was just as bad. People on cell phones, talking unappropriately in front of children. They paid no attention to my kids and were concerned about talking to each other. I would NOT reccommend either of these dental offices to anyone with children.

I went to take my child here and there was one dumb blond "assistant" who wouldn't stop texting whomever it was she was texting while handling my child. This place is pathetic DO NOT GO.

I called the office to set up the first appointment for my son. I told them in detail about my insurance information over the phone and was informed that one doctor was the provider. While we were waiting there, the receptionist called us loudly in front of all the people sitting in the waiting room and simply told us they would not accept that insurance. Her attitude was rude and had no apology for making a mistake and wasting our time. I never got a chance to see the doctor but obviously the receptionists are not efficient and professional.

I personally love Academy Kids! They know us by name, two of my children are getting orthodontics, we've never had any problems with any staff! I recommend them all the time! And I just have to add, I wouldn't pull my kids out of school just to see if their new tooth had grown in right, and I definitely wouldn't complain to the State of Colorado about the dentist not being able to evaluate my child! I thank and appreciate the great work and time spent on my children, Thank You so much!

My child has autism and I never thought in a million years the staff would get x-rays and a cleaning let alone actual work. They were able to do everything, all in the same day. I was able to stay with my son throughout the entire visit and saw how the staff worked with him to make him comfortable. My son came out with a smile on his face! I was more than impressed with the new north office and will refer to all of my friends. We couldn't have asked for a better dental experience!

LADY seriously they aren't able to take x rays because if your child bleeds in the mouth your child could get sick it is very life threatening!! so get over your self! =]

I understand that first review -the one and only- because it seems that the receptionists are too immature and apathetic. I've been bringing my girls there for 3yrs and I keep going because I like the Dentist and his assistants (tho a few of them are also lazy). But, the receptionists always seem to be involved in there own agendas and have a care less attitude with patient's parents. Calling to make an appt., a recep., Diana,(I had to ask her name) didn't even ask my child's name..., when I told her to ask, she did, then I spelled it for her. She proceeded to spell it differently back to me like I was mistaken! I asked to give her a birthdate, she didn't reply...it was like pulling teeth to get her to talk!!!!! Very unprofessional!!!! I will be looking for another Dentist just because of the receptionists! That's pretty sad.
