Provided by YP.comI am a long time customer and just wanted to let you know that this is the third time I go to your store, last day 12-10-15 at approximately 11:30 am I visited your store and you guys have a new employee at the counter in the main entrance, this is the second time I deal with this guy, he is very rude and not friendly at all, very bad customer service, I remind you guys that is us your long time customers that pay your salary, you guys have a job because of us, I did not write a review the first 2 times but I had enough with this jackass, once I get my items back I will look for another place to do business, ironically the manager was next to him. A few months before I went to your store, sold an item and one of your employees short change me for $20 when I went back to the store to claim my money the manager (the same manager on 12-10-15) said that the register was not over $20 meaning that the employee kept the money, I reported the issue and in all fairness to ACME I never saw that employee again, but I still lost my $20 and the manager was rude to me and did nothing to solve my problem, you guys were a lot better a couple of years ago!!!

Provided by SuperpagesI was in the shop, tools were not marked and when I asked questions they acted as if they were doing me a favor by being there. It should be the other way around, I was there because they needed customers. Items were priced as if they were no tools when they were used

Provided by SuperpagesI bought a pistol from Acme Pawn North in Colorado Springs. The pistol was advertised as "new in the box". The price seemed reasonable, but when I got home and familiarized myself with the gun, I realized the front sight was missing as well as the tool to remove the barrel shroud. Also missing was the manual and warranty registration card. I thought "no problem, I'm sure Mark Downey (the manager) will be able to assist me, after all , it's a "new" gun." I called Mark and the first thing he said was we'll take it back for 1/2 of what you paid. What a joke! All I wanted was the missing pieces to my "new" gun!! I figure either they took the gun to the range and lost parts to it and it actually isn't new, or they raided the case and took the parts they needed for their guns. I emailed Mark as a follow up to my phone call and never heard back. I called and was told he wasn't in. He clearly doesn't want to make this right, so I am warning you now; go somewhere else!
