I would have to agree with the other poster the place is a wreck pretty dirty and cluttered. Went in to find a part took them 2 days and the price was just crazy for a used part. I went on eBay same part better condition and 120 dollars cheaper. They are proud of there parts for sure. The staff is nice they need more help and a bigger building.

Only given one star because it made me, otherwise, there would be NO STARS!! This is the worst place to ever go for motorcycle parts . It is very dusty, so I hope you do not walk in there with allergies. There is hardly any staff to help you once walk through the mess on the floor and the walls. The items for sale on the floor and the walls, are filthy and not well taken care of, especially the leather gear. They are hesitant to sell you the parts you need because the owner is a hoarder. Yes, this a junk yard for motorcycles and parts, because they wont sell you the parts you need. The nicest thing there was the beautiful doberman puppy behind the counter. He was definitely not a junkyard dog.

Action recently worked on my Harley. Fixed a couple turn signals, changed oil & filter, mounted a new backrest, and a new seat. It was done quickly and professionally, at a cost that was below what I estimated. I was very satisfied. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is full of new and used parts and riding apparel. They work on all kinds of bikes, and their prices are very reasonable. I won't go back to the dealer.
