I had the first appointment of the day and yet was kept waiting 30 minutes before being taken to the treatment room. There the assistant took an X-ray and then left me sitting there for over 10 minutes before Dr. Mayhew finally came in. He didn't even bother to introduce himself. As he was putting on his mask he simply said "Let's get started." I never even saw his face. During the entire procedure he carried on a non-stop conversation with the assistant about what they'd done over the weekend. I have to wonder how good a job he did when he was focusing more on his conversation than what he was doing in my mouth.

I was traveling and was 2000 miles away from home when I had a severe tooth ache. Not knowing the area I was recommended to see Dr Jack Mayhew. Dr Mayhew was able to see me the Same Day for my Emergency visit and took care of my pain. The receptionist, Nancy, filled my claim with my insurance. Wonderful service!

Dentist was great. Price was totally worth it. I'm not nervous going to the dentist, but not completely relaxed either. Dentist was very open and honest on his opinion of what needed to be done, no hidden costs, etc. They also did all the research with my dental insurance for minimum inconvenience on my part.

I was scheduled to have a root canal done with my own dentist, half way through the procedure he decided he couldn't complete it so rushed me off to this place. They were shouting through the whole procedure, laughing and joking around, it made me feel really uncomfortable and I felt they had no regard for me at all, or the fact that going to the dentist freaks me out. To top it off they charged me an additional $325.00 more than my own dentist was going to charge for the EXACT SAME PROCEDURE! - And my dentist had already drilled the tooth. I feel like I have been ripped off. It was an awful experience.
