They are a bunch of crooks. The house looked better than when I moved in and they still took almost all of our deposit to paint and clean the carpet.

The company has been operating and assisting owners and tenants for over 30 years in El Paso County, CO. We work as Landlord agents, which sometimes frustrates our tenants, but we always have been striving to have a seamless and successful relationship with all parties involved in the management and rental process.

BEWARE!!!! These guys are the rudest crooks you will ever be robbed by. The staff is extremely rude and insulting. They have pulled some shady stuff over the past 3 years. You are better off with a slum lord! They are dubbed house Nazis for a reason.

These people are mean! Horrible company to do business with. Avoid them if you can. They are rude and very unprofessional. All other reviews online are bad....and for a good reason. Somehow, they still have a good rating with the BBB, although, if you look on there they have several filed disputes.

Don't give this company your money. You will only regret it in the end.

This realty company will sugar coat everything and when you move out, they will come up with false claims of your mistreatment of their property. Then they offer you the ability to dispute their over charges and it is disapproved by the head of their staff. Fort Carson Army Post will tell you not to rent from them, because of their shady policies and procedures. Definitely beware of this company!!!!

We are a military family who were stationed at Fort Carson. This realty company was our worst nightmare. The employees are rude and the service was really bad. We rented a home from this company. The home we found had leaks and was dirty. Further more there was no clean up prior to our move in. The repairs made were sloppy, as well as not professionally done. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WILL TRY AND MILK ANY MILITARY FAMILY THAT COMES INTO THEIR REACH!

We rented from them a few years ago and had the worst time getting them to come fix things - they would take forever, and then twice they told me they didn't believe me when I said something was broken! We got out of there ASAP. We looked at a property they have currently listed, and it was dirty, there was rotten food in the disposal that made the whole house smell, there was mold in the bathroom carpet...and I mentioned it to them when I returned their key, and all the woman did was shrug me off, and said "whatever, we'll rent it". Seriously...STAY AWAY!!!
