My daughter had been going to Aerials for over two years. She had made improvements above her age level and was progressing well. The manager and I agreed to test her out and she was placed in an older age group due to her level. This went well for several weeks until a parent of one of the children discovered she was younger than the other girls in her group. She promptly complained about it. Not because she was holding the group back, which I would completely understand, but because of her age. Aerials changed my daughter back to a younger group and into a recreational level. This crushed my daughter's confidence! Isn't that something they should be building up? I spoke to management about it and was told to basically pound sand. This organization is concerned with the bottom line and not the children. I was told by staff, who were equally upset about the situation, that the Aerials up North does not operate this way. Oh, the mother that complained never brought her daughter back after the sessions ended, so the issue was all for not. Thanks Aerials for looking out for the little ones.
