Thanks to Jonas, with Affordable Plumbing & Heat, for saving the day. I woke up this morning to a horrible sound of running water under my house. The hot water heater had taken a turn for the worst. The team at Affordable Plumbing & Heat got me scheduled quickly, were professional, and resolved my issue effectively. Thanks for your help Jonas.

I called Affordable Plumbing when my water heater stopped working because of past experience with them--I expected expert and prompt service, and that's what I got. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them in the future, and will certainly call them again should I need them.

Efficient customer service is unfortunately a "dying art", however the installation team for Affordable Plumbing and Heat, ( John and Travis ) along with the Colorado Springs office staff, proved that it has not yet "completly died". Great workmanship along with great service. Highly recommended !!

The service and install job was first rate. They took the time to explain each phase of the installation process. The work area stayed organized and clean through the whole project. Overall a great experience, I highly recommend them.

Patrick the electrician switched out a broken bathroom exhaust fan with a new humidity sensing fan. He had to access the attic for installation. No matter how careful, that always results in insulation going everywhere. He was very thorough with this project as well as cleaning up. Patrick next changed out an overhead light dimmer switch correcting a wiring issue in the process. Pricing was right in line with other businesses.
He was professional, friendly and again very thorough, and overall provided EXCELLENT customer service.

Billy helped me with my last job, and I was glad to get his help again. He installed a garbage disposal I purchased from him a few months back and when it quit it was a hassle-free and prompt replacement with a new unit.

I needed a conventional water heater replaced with a tankless model. I had received three other estimates before Affordable Plumbing & Heating came by to give their estimate. Their estimate was consistent with two other estimates with the other estimate one quite high. I choose to go with Affordable Plumbing & Heating for two reasons: Jonas Huber the technician explained EVERYTHING to me and asked very pointed questions regarding what other gas appliances were in the home. He read the manual that came with the tankless heater. He made me feel very comfortable about doing this change over. I gave APH the job and the next day Jonas Huber and Dakota Williams arrived in the morning and started the work. They also scheduled an electrician from APH to install an electrical box by the unit. They cleaned up after the work was done and Dakota scheduled for the inspector’s sign-offs. It was an effortless experience on my part even though it was a LOT of work for Jonas, Dakota and the electrician (wish I had gotten his name). All future plumbing, heating or electrical work for my home will be done by Affordable plumbing and heating and I will be requesting Jonas Huber!.

From beginning to end, nothing but a wonderful experience, all things considered. It's usually not a pleasant experience to NEED a plumber, but Affordable was nothing short of amazing. From the office staff to technician to billing dept. They went above and beyond from beginning to end. Professional, caring and prompt. Will NEVER go anywhere else. Fixed my boiler. Raymond was very knowledgeable and professional. This company is very prompt and will ensure your boiler is running efficiently.

I had a technician named "shawn" come out after scheduling 5 days earlier to have a dryer vent cleaned. He didn't know how to clean it, went through other parts of the house and determined that a furnace vent that had nothing to do with this repair wasn't up to code (it was, had an inspector out) and reported the house to the city even when I told him it passed inspection.

AVOID!!

My sewer line was backing up into my basement over the weekend. I called every number I could, but they were the only one to answer the phone. I had a tech out in just a few hours. I expecting to see the bill of my life, but to my surprise it cost me just $185! The technician was great and cleaned up after himself. A panic turned into a pleasant experience. Thank you Affordable.

Nothing but great experiences here. From beginning to end. Fast and thorough. professional and personable. Emily was helpful and got any info I asked for. If she didn't know the answer, she was quick to find it and get back to me. The tech, Kyle was splendid and knowledgeable!!! Highly Recommend!

This company is terrible! I was given a quote of $400 for a $200 job. After being told I was going to get charges $50 I got charged $125. After being told I will get $75 refund due to the ridiculous estimate I was told I am not getting a refund until I take my negative reviews down. I'd rather lose the refund and warn people about this unethical company rather than get it. What company tries to blackmail a consumer to get a positive review!

Replaced our hot water heater with no problems
