I had to get an implant and extraction, they were over a hour late for my appointment. Which was okay because they pushed me in before the end of the year, they just kinda brushed it off like oops. But Dr. D made up for it and all was well. But then that night my nose was running like a faucet and they're after hours number wasnt working. When I got a hold of them the day after, she acted like I was bothering her. It's not like I get an implant everyday, it was not normal for me, I didn't know it was ok. Then they treated me like a number when I went in for a followup. Dr. D,addario makes up for it. He's an amazing surgeon!!!! The implant is perfectly placed and that's what matters. I had a concern a little after and one of the other doctors took his time and answered my questions. Again they made up for it. I also called literally every place in town and they have THE BEST price. Even though the customer service was rough at first, they've really let me know they appreciate my business. And the important part was done perfectly. After all this highly recommended!!!!

I am new to Colorado Springs and needed my wisdom teeth removed. A friend recommend another group who could not see me for 2-weeks. I saw some good reviews for AMOS and called on a Thursday. I stressed that I was in pain and they were able to schedule me for a consultation the following Tuesday and they could tentatively schedule my surgery for Thursday (2-days later!). She said tentatively incase something came up with my consultation or if my insurance didn't cover it a certain amount that they would go over that the day of the consultation. The lady on the phone was really nice and gave me directions. It's very easy to get to off of exit 151. The entrance is a little small and weird to the building, but the office itself is spacious and very nice. The assistant was great, explained everything, gave me a care package and Dr. D'Addario was great explaining about nerves and bones and what not. The consultation went great, my insurance was paying 80% and the price was very reasonable to me. I was getting all 4 removed (2 impacted 2 not) and I paid less than $100 a tooth and that included IV sedation. I went to the Penrose location to have my teet pulled that Thursday. Very nice again even though I was 5 minutes late getting lost and trying to find parking. I went in the room, we chatted for a bit, gave me the IV, next thing I knew I woke up, felt great, what ever they injected last for several hours and so far so good I feel great. I was even up and about the same day (even though I wasn't supposed). They gave me a perscription and asked that I used the ice pack which I did and so far so good! It's been a week and everything seems to be healing nicely. They've called to check on me and I just had to write to say that Dr. D and staff were great. If you're nervous about getting them pulled, don't be. If you're worried about the price, don't be. The consultation will go over everything that you need and you certainly don't need to get it done as quickly as I did. Wonder if th price I had to pay out of pocket is IRS deductible! ;0)

I had my wisdom teeth removed. I was in pain so the nurse ask me to use an general anesthesia. My husband ask about the cover on the insurance and she said well it should be cover as soon you have the amount on the insurance. Guess what after the surgery I received a letter asking me to pay for it, I call them they told me don't worry you don't need to pay. OK then after a week a received the letter again i call them again and the person that work the claims told me that I need to pay that money. Really! They are not honest, they only care for the money! After called my insurance, the insurance said that if they will specified that it was an emergency that should be cover. Pretty much i paid for all the service like almost 500. Not good!! dealing with these doctors!
