I had to pick up in this location Christmas wrapping paper cause Hallmark.com did not ship the 45 sq. ft rolls so I had to go to pick up my items there for first time.
When the employee came to attend me, I advised her that I needed those Christmas gift wrapping rolls to be covered cause my children were waiting for me outside the shop and they couldn't see the patterns of these gift papers.The worker acknowledged my request with a "aha" then she put a hardboard center with holes where the tubes were inserted as a carrier with handles, leaving all the Christmas gift papers out. I looked at her and asked her a second time for something to cover them up, the employee stares at me with no smile and saying: "No, I don't have anything else" I repeat back to her: you don't have anything else, ok. I then leave the store and carefully go all around my car ( where my family is waiting for me) and right when I open the trunk my children look back to me and see what I had on my hands, the Christmas gift papers with all the colors and patterns exposed.
Thanks to the careless, unhelpful and rude employee who refused to give me a plastic bag to carry out my purchase, and this happened 3 days before Thanksgivings, ironic.

I will contact Hallmark Co to return these Christmas paper rolls through them since I will no longer visit Amy's Hallmark Shop again.
