Provided by YP.comI actually think this place is alright. When my 17 year old cat began feeling terrible I took him to our regular vet, but was not happy with their suggestions. I knew his teeth were a problem and decided to try this place for their opinion. I don't remember the doctors name, but he was very informative and gentle. He listened to me too. My kitty was too old to have any major teeth work done, but this man helped. He taught me how to give my boy fluids and provided me with the supplies needed to do so. His health improved once he was hydrated. It meant a lot to me.

Provided by YP.comEmergency Care Centers 24/7 on N Nevada was there when our 2 dogs reached the end. Both of our dogs required after-hours euthanasia. We found compassion, loving care and great service here!
If you find an injured wild animal you can bring it here too! Our new dogs mishandled a baby bird in our yard and I simply took it to their office. Call first, I believe they accept only "wild" animals, but this was 2 years ago.

We took our senior dog into this ER over Memorial Day weekend. After $800 they diagnosed him with pancreatitis, which they said he should recover from. During his stay they over medicated him which caused him to briefly stop breathing. He started breathing again, but then suffered a seizure, which had never happened in the past. After we took him home, he started having cluster seizures. When we called to see if they could help, they just wanted more money to investigate why he was having seizures. We felt we knew why he was having seizures, it started with the strong pain medication they gave him. We ended up having to put our dog to sleep since he couldn't recover. I felt helpless and will forever question my decision to take our dog there.

My dog and a healthy bill of healh in October of 2010, I took him to his regular vet for a check up and his vaccines. On Friday 2 /11/2011 My dog and some teeth pulled and hadn't recovered by sunday so we took him to the EV. They told me that he had a high heart rate and abnormal rhythm but did not know the cause. They wanted to keep him overnight for observation and told me that if I took him home it was likely that he could die. They wanted to monitor him with an ECG and ASURED me that if he took a turn for the worse they were prepared to handle it. I asked specifically if he was gonna die because if he was, I would have rather it be in the comfort of his home surrouned by the support of his family rather than in a cage in the back of a vets office. And they stressed the importance of leaving him so that he can be monitored so that he wouldn't die. So I left and less than an hour later they called me and told me he passed away. I

Our lab was hit by a car - it ran over him completely. He was badly hurt - we rushed him in to the Animal Emergency Hospital and they ran out to help us bring him in, and took him back immediately! Dr. Cominski was just wonderful - she explained EVERYTHING, she answered all of our questions... and didn't make us feel totally abnormal by cying like mad over our pet. The staff and all of the nurses were just as wonderful - we had to leave him over night (2 nights) and they were kind when we called all through the night to check on him. Can't say anything more positive about these care givers!

These folks are the best in the business and I can't imagine entrusting my pet to anyone else in an emergency.
