Staff is so poor and have attitude when wanting to do a maintenance request. Maintenance staff are really good. However if you are military don't rent from here. There is too many issues with gang violence and people smoking marijuana. And they keep allowing people that have records like rapists, and drug dealers. Too many complaints with marijuana smells and they don't do much on that. There have been times that laundry has been stolen from the current wash or sabotaged so it won't dry making it cost more. Security is a joke, call police instead. Last but not least the biggest issue. Parking. Before the parking permit it was hard to find a place to park. Im happy about the permit passes however in special cases that may arrive such as a tenant needing a special temp pass for a rental while their car is getting repaired and making a tenant use the vistior 24hr registering system is a joke and undue burden.if you for get you get towed even though you go to the front office with the unhelpfulstaff that want to leave early and let them know you are worried about forgeting to reregister it every 24 hrs and after 14 days its cut off. they need a special system in cases where your car may be in the shop for repairs. They won't reimburse for this. when one person says one thing and another says something else. Always get things done in writting and signed. And through as much documentation as possible. they don't deserve the run a leasing office with the way they do half-assed things with their staff.
