when i arived at the briargate store i walked into a trainning course for others and there new apple products, once not greeted i took a carefull look around and noticed a tall gentleman with an ipad that was working it as a pda' "what a great idea i thought an organized/ scheduled host" Hi' how are you the gentlemand asked? im well, i responded and he asked have you set an appointment with us today? i hadnt b/c i didnt know i needed one i replied ' and he jumped on his ipad and said well i can schedule you one and i let him know of the secumstances with the phone and how i needed it for work and he jumped back on the ipad and had one of his training courses grouped up to make a bigger class and the other instructor stopped to help me' and i was immidiatly back to work' o i really appreciate all the hard work that they have going on in @ this location' happy customer

Upon entering the Apple Store at Briargate, I was completely ignored. After ahwile I approached a salesman, he said how are you all? I said I was fine and then he ask me if the man behind me was with me? I turned around as I didn't know anyone was behind me & when I told him no we were not together, he ask the man (remember he was BEHIND me) how he could help him! As if I didn't even exist!! VERY POOR help!!
