Called ARS about a Whirlpool washer problem. Their tech Bob was here within an hour. He explained what was wrong and how the problem happened, fixed it without replacing any parts (labor charge only), and told us how to prevent the problem in the future. ARS and Bob are a solid 5 STARS !

When our washing machine broke and we called ARS, their technician listened to the problem and he had an idea of what was wrong. Instead of charging us $50 to come out, he told me how to pop it open and fix it. Sure enough, it was an easy fix and I did it myself. He even walked me through popping the front panel off as I did it over the phone, and was completely available for help, likely on his own time. I'm not saying that the company would've liked it, but that guy saved us at least $50. That's honesty, that's integrity, and we'll be using ARS for all our appliance repair needs in the future. Awesome!
