I had a similar experience, arriving 6 minutes late because there are three buildings and it is not immediately clear which is the right one. I was told I would have to reschedule the appointment because the computer wouldn't let them check me in after 10 minutes. The extra 4 minutes passed while I waited for the receptionist to finish blowing her nose and finally acknowledge me. I had to take time off work and get a babysitter to attend this appointment,-not to mention waiting 3 weeks to get it. She asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said no, I didn't think it was a good fit for me. So one less patient for this place.

Don't go here if you are looking for a place that values your time as much as theirs. I'm new to town so I made sure to leave my house 40 minutes early. I had navigator directions, but still had trouble finding the place when I arrived. The Help desk at St. Francis sent me to the wrong building. By the time, I finally found the right place, I was 20 minutes late. In other words, I had spent an hour driving and searching for the place! They refused to get me in that day because they were so behind. I had already spent 20 minutes at home filling out their intensive health history. When I left, I felt devalued and that my time was much less important than theirs. They obviously don't see patients as customers or value them. Why advertise for new patients if you can't serve the ones you have in a hospitable, personal way. They only reason I am giving two stars is because the receptionist felt bad and tried to get me in.
