This location is convienient but lacks experienced staff. Most are adolscents who know little to nothing about skin care. While I was a client there they constantly pushed their lotions on me. Each time I came in for an appointment they wanted to know what lotion I was using and then launched into a bad sales pitch about the current overpriced product they had "on sale". After months of this I finally had to ask them to stop! They were never able to answer any skin care questions in depth when I asked. Twice the girl sent me to a room where the bed had not been cleaned from the last person and only once did I get an apology. The additional minuet pricing on top of the monthly contract fees is complicated and inconvenient. I have since canceled my membership and now drive past this salon to goto another one. If their staff improved to somewhat intelligent about products they were pushing and the pricing and option of packages were available I would consider returning.
