On April 6 you and I had a telephone conversation regarding the lack of performance providing a workable prosthesis. Audubon was paid by Medicad to provide a prosthesis to replace my left foot. on 12 feb 2015. I still have not received the prosthesis. During the conversation Mr. Tim Nelson promised I would receive the prosthesis within two weeks. I have been waiting since April, not even a phone call. It has been nine months waiting for Audubon to live up to a commitment made sin full over a year and half ago.



When will I receive the completed prosthesis?
