I am a senior citizen and my relocation specialist in CO was Jonathan Cordova and he was wonderful. I changed my move date and destination a few times and he was very patient with me and also helped me with boxes. His estimate of my poundage was right on. The driver of my stuff was Allan Bird and I could not have asked for anyone better. I simply was not ready for this move and he did not get mad at me and helped in any way he could. The group of men he hired in CO to do the loading were very fast and hard working, and handled my stuff carefully. Excellent service all around, I am glad I hired Baily's Moving (agent for allied)

We had a great experience with Bailey's. They checked in to make sure we had what we needed, and they responded to my questions quickly. The movers were fast, thorough and careful. I'd definitely use them again.

Don't let these people near your home.

After retiring from the military, this company was selected by TMM to pack our home and store everything for about 4 months. During the packing process, it was obvious that the three young men representing this company had no idea what they were doing. One of them attempted to move our triple dresser and night stand down 3 flights of stairs alone on a dolly. The result was our furniture falling off the dolly and being damaged. We should have just called their home office and put a stop to it right then and there.

Once we received our furniture in September, it was worse than expected. Every piece of our bedroom set except for one night stand was damaged. Chips, scratches, and pieces were missing from the wood. This bedroom set cost $5,000 in 2012 and was brand new from American Furniture Warehouse, including the king mattress and box springs which were black and cannot be cleaned. They never bothered to put it in a mattress box. The packers/movers wrote down codes on their paper saying our mattresses were "soiled" and "dirty" which was not true. The king bed was barely 2 years old. In addition to this nightmare, they "lost" our queen bed and box spring. I really hope the individual who store our bed is really enjoying it. Only the rails to the bed were delivered. They told us that they are not liable for the missing bed. We never even received a return call to let us know one way or the other, just received a check in the mail today for $1,050 as a final settlement for the entire ordeal. We replaced the queen mattress and box spring for a total of $986, leaving us a whopping $64 to have our furniture refinished, replace a vacuum cleaner, buy new glassware that they broke, and buy a new DVD player that was dented and has no open/close button.

We are extremely disappointed and find this company deplorable. I hope no one ever has to go through having almost every single thing they own damaged by careless, inexperienced people that don't care at all about their customers.
