Provided by YP.comThey were very rude to my daughter and I, we were looking for a particular book so we asked one of the clerks to help us and he was just very rude and acted like he could be somewhere better. We told the manager and all he did was be rude to us as well, poor customer service. How sad that we won't go back to that one. I'll stick with amazon instead.
