I reached out to this company because I have seen their work at shows and name around town. I also wanted to support a small company. I asked for a quote in January and met the owner Terry on February 1 to get an estimate (after rescheduling for a sudden conflict on their behalf) ahead of the season and so I could plan well in advance which way I wanted to proceed. We discussed what I envisioned at my rental property. He said he would get an estimate to me in a few weeks. They state they do snow plowing during winter so it could delay progress. After a month of no estimate or follow-up I emailed (March 1) and asked about the estimate. They said it was the snow...we didn't have that much snow at that time, and frankly not much snow at all this year. I was told Terry would get the estimate/plan over shortly. Now it is April 18 and I have not received one apologetic email or follow-up including the estimate from Bear Claw Landscaping. They obviously are not in need of business or MY business.

End of second week being a no show. Failed to show the first week, now it's the end of the second week. I would have to give this a nothing review. He didn't bring a paper and pencil to draw or annotate anything we told him. A camera would have helped. We would have permitted some pictures. This Company was listed with the BBB. So much for that idea.
